Fridays at 8:15am

Yoga with Willie:
Stretch and de-stress on Tuesdays at 10am, Thursdays at 9:30am and
Fridays at 6pm.
Tai Chi: Join us on
Mondays at 9:30am
Qigong: Move
with us on Wednesdays at 10am.
Table Tennis:
Enjoy some friendly competition while you exercise on Mondays and
Fridays at 4:00pm.
