Chef Dady’s Cooking Class Thursday, February 18, 2010 - 6 to 8pm $65 per person Watch and learn as Chef Dady prepares a wonderful 3-course Chef's Tasting Menu, featuring favorite recipes from his outstanding restaurants. Each course will be paired with wines selected by Chef Dady.
1st Course Jumbo Lump Crab Napoleon with Spanish Piquillo Peppers, Mango, Avocado and Cilantro-Jalapeno Sorbet
2nd Course Proscuitto Wrapped Lamb Burger with Minted Cucumber Slaw, Blood Orange and Fennel Aioli
3rd Course “Blueberry Cheesecake” Garnished with Blueberry-Pink Peppercorn Compote, Candied Orange Peel and fresh Cara Cara Orange slices
