"The River Side Grill"

is open to the public,

with a new manager,

Patrick Peralt! 

 

Patrick ran "Patrick's Lodge" in Kerrville for

11 years, and is now in charge of our restaurant.

  

Come join us for our delicious dinners on

Thursday through Saturday evenings from

5:00pm to 9:00pm, and Brunch Buffet on Sundays

from 11am to 2pm.

OUR NEW BUILDING!

We dedicated our beautiful new building on April 4,

2007 with a crowd of more than 600 community members!  We're proud to thank our supporters for

their amazing assistance in helping us reach our

Capital Campaign goal of $4 million.  We were able to build and furnish our new facility without a mortgage!

 

Our new Center is beautiful and functional.  Come join one of our

many activities and

stay for lunch in our

lovely new dining room

 that overlooks the Guadalupe River.

SHRIMP DIP - submitted by Martha Dunks

3/4 C Boiled Shrimp, chopped

8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened

2 tsp Lemon Juice

1/3 C Heavy Cream

1/4 tsp Onion Juice

Dash of Worcestershire Sauce, Paprika, Tabasco Sauce and Salt

 

Mix cheese, cream, lemon juice, onion juice, and sauces.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Chill.  Serve with crackers, chips or toast rounds.
