Join our LUNCH BUNCH every Monday through Friday for a delicious Noon meal, seasoned with some good conversation and fun! Our meals feature an entrée, two sides, bread, dessert and a beverage. Most days we also have a wonderful home-made soup, fresh salads or fruit, in addition to diabetic desserts. Click here for this month’s menu.
Our dining room opens at 11:00am, and our homemade "Soup of the
Day" is put out at 11:30am, along with bread, so
you can just serve yourself. The hot line opens at
11:45am and serves until 12:30pm.
Last year we served more than 23,200 hot lunches in our dining room! Our 'suggested donation' is $3.50 per meal for everyone age 60 or better who completes the required paperwork. If you’re under age 60, or over age 60 and don't want to fill out any paperwork, your lunch tab will be $6.00 – still a great deal! Meal tickets may also be purchased for added convenience. GET OUT?
We can STILL help! Last year, our wonderful volunteer drivers delivered more than 68,900 "Meals On Wheels" to our Kerr County elders! “Meals On Wheels” can be requested through email or call our Reservation Line: (830) 896-8117. You will receive a visit from our assessment volunteer who will help you fill out forms and determine any other special ways we may be able to assist you.
